Texas Cheer and Dance is the result of Richard Bush's vision of a Performance Based Program serving all children hoping for a chance to shine on stage! Texas Cheer and Dance was formed in 1996 under the leadership and Direction of Richard Bush.
Along with Ms.Lynda and a wonderful staff of coaches and supervisors, Texas Cheer and Dance develops programs where all children who participate develop skills ,positive self esteem, and discipline. These rising stars enjoy performing at a host of events while developing these life skills. Ever since 1996, we’ve been working with and teaching kids from the ages of 3 to 15 to do cheerleading, hip hop dance, ballet, jazz dance , and play keyboards just to name a few.
We are a performance based organization, which means the children will perform, live, at such places as The Historic Sunset Station,The Arneson River Theater on the beautiful San Antonio River Walk, and a Christmas Extravaganza traditionally held at Our Lady of the Lake University. We have proudly been doing pre-game shows for the San Antonio Spurs and since 1996. Other shows include The TCD Fiesta Event as well as the Texas Cheer and Dance Competition.
